At Splattitude, we are committed to providing an exciting, safe, and memorable experience. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before booking or making a purchase. By completing a booking or purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Rage Rooms & Splatter Paint Sessions
- All sales are final. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued under any circumstances.
- If you are unable to attend your scheduled session for any reason, your payment will be forfeited.
- If your session is ended early due to any member of your party failing to comply with Splattitude’s safety rules, staff instructions, or facility policies, no refund or credit will be provided for unused time. No exceptions.
- If you complete your session but are dissatisfied for any reason, no refund, credit, or compensation will be issued.
2. Merchandise Purchases
- All merchandise sales are final.
- Items purchased from Splattitude are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
3. Gift Cards
- Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
- Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
- Gift cards may only be used toward eligible Splattitude services or merchandise.
4. Acknowledgment of Policy
By booking a session, purchasing merchandise, or purchasing/using a gift card from Splattitude, you agree to this Refund & Return Policy in full.
