Welcome to Splattitude. By booking, purchasing, or participating in any of our services including rage rooms, splatter paint sessions, toddler days, and other activities or merchandise, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. General Use
Participation at Splattitude is strictly at your own risk.
All guests must follow staff instructions and posted safety rules at all times.
Splattitude reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant who fails to comply with safety rules or staff direction.
2. Age Requirements
All activities require participants to meet the minimum age requirements posted for each activity. Minors must be accompanied and monitored by a parent or legal guardian at all times while at Splattitude, and require their parent or legal guardian to sign a waiver on their behalf.
3. Safety and Conduct
Closed toe shoes and appropriate clothing are required.
Protective gear provided by Splattitude must be worn at all times.
No drugs, alcohol, or disorderly conduct will be tolerated.
If your session is ended due to unsafe behavior, intoxication, or violation of rules, no refund will be given.
4. Bookings, Payments, and Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Sessions, events, and gift cards are non refundable and non transferable under any circumstances.
Failure to arrive on time for your scheduled session will result in forfeiture without refund.
If you are unhappy with your session experience, no refunds or credits will be provided.
5. Gift Cards
Lost, stolen, or unused gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
Gift cards are non refundable and may only be redeemed at Splattitude.
6. Liability Waiver
All participants or guardians for minors must sign a liability waiver before participating.
Splattitude is not responsible for injuries, damages, or loss of personal property.
7. Media Release
By entering Splattitude, you grant permission for photos or videos taken during your session to be used for promotional purposes, unless you notify staff in writing prior to participation.
8. Website and Online Bookings
By using our website or booking system, you agree to provide accurate information.
Splattitude is not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate customer input.
Prices, packages, and offerings are subject to change without notice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
10. Marketing Communications Consent
By providing your email address and/or phone number, you consent to receive communications from Splattitude including appointment reminders, service updates, transactional messages, and marketing promotions via email, SMS, or other electronic means.
Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS communications.
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email, and may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
Transactional messages related to bookings, safety, or service updates may still be sent even if marketing communications are opted out.
Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchase or service.
